KeepMe Lifestyle partnered with Flannels, a leading luxury fashion and lifestyle retailer, to deliver full-service candle manufacturing for their branded fragrance candle range. The project focused on creating a premium home-fragrance product that aligned with Flannels’ elevated retail environment and contemporary luxury positioning.

Our role encompassed the complete candle production process - from material selection through to finished, retail-ready products - ensuring a consistent, high-quality outcome that complemented the Flannels brand experience.

The Objective
Flannels required a manufacturing partner capable of delivering a sophisticated candle range that reflected their premium aesthetic while meeting commercial demands across multiple retail locations. The objective was to produce candles that combined visual refinement, strong fragrance performance, and reliable consistency at scale.

Our Approach

• Full-Service Candle Production – KeepMe Lifestyle managed the entire manufacturing process, including vessel sourcing, wax formulation, fragrance loading, wicking, pouring, curing and final finishing.
• Material & Performance Testing – Wax blends, wick types and fragrance ratios were tested and optimised to ensure even burn, strong scent throw and a refined visual finish.
• Production Oversight & Quality Control – Each production stage was monitored to maintain consistency across batches, ensuring every candle met Flannels’ standards for appearance and performance.
• Retail-Ready Execution – Finished candles were delivered ready for retail deployment, supporting Flannels’ in-store and customer experience requirements.
