The Person

You'll be a meticulous and technically brilliant artworker with an exceptional eye for detail and craft. • Support the wider creative team in upholding design standards and consistency across every execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Creative Artworker or similar production role
  • Deep knowledge of artwork production across packaging and print, with a solid understanding of print processes, colour management, and finishing techniques
  • Discussing client requirements, generating creative ideas, producing design drafts, and creating visual concepts
  • Able to create bespoke cutter guides for packaging
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and artworking skills is a standard requirement
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
  • Strong design skills with a good eye for layout, composition, and typography
  • Comfortable preparing digital artwork across social and web
  • Impeccable eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently across multiple projects at once
  • Experience working closely with designers, printers, and production partners
  • Knowledge of pre-press, retouching, and colour correction is advantageous
  • Creative curiosity, a passion for great design and brilliant brand building
