About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team on a maternity cover basis (approximately 12 months). This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle products for some of the world's leading brands. You'll be involved in creating stunning packaging designs, marketing materials, and product visualisations that bring our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative packaging designs for fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle products
• Develop concept artwork and visual presentations for client pitches
• Produce print-ready artwork for packaging, labels, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and briefs
• Work with production teams to ensure designs are technically feasible
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay current with design trends in the fragrance and beauty industry

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar design role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design and brand work
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of print production processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas to clients
• Experience in the fragrance, beauty, or FMCG sector is advantageous
